To be great at real estate there is not a separation of job where you start and end. Real estate is simply another stream feeding into your river of life. Once that is understood you can begin to create the systems to live and love your life that support paying your bills, enjoying time with family and friends and all the other pieces that create a fulfilling life that matters.

If all there is to real estate is to meet someone and sell them a house or get their house sold, then we are replaceable by technology.

People are bombarded with information with most of that information being some version of advertising. It is to get their attention, capture their focus long enough to get in the door and stimulate their recognition of a solution to a need they have.

Keeping that focus is a constant dance with time, technology, and personal interaction.
